Introduction to FNP Search
The Medical Board is providing this service to assist the public in determining the possible availability of a fictitious name. Reservations for a name will not be accepted. Be advised that names which appear to be available may be rejected by a fictitious name permit coordinator at the time of review of the fictitious name permit application. For this reason, the Board strongly recommends that the applicant not use the fictitious name prior to the approval of the permit. The Board has no provision to allow the expedition of the FNP application review. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
Due to the complexity of the Board's database system, all owners related to the fictitious name permit (FNP) may not appear. There may be times when the system states "No Records Returned."
